Ashantigold SC football coach Bashir Hayford has resigned as the club’s head coach, kasapafmonline.com can confirm.
His resignation came days after CEO Cudjoe Fianoo revealed handing the technical team a 7-point target in the club’s next three league games.
The former Kotoko trainer shown no indication of leaving his post as he trained with the Obuasi club on Thursday evening at the club’s training grounds.
The Obuasi club has had it most roughly since the start of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League. Hayford led the Miners to win the 2014/15 Ghana Premier League.
