The National Service Scheme (NSS) has announced the deployment of 12,295 nurses who have enrolled to go for their one-year national service at all the accredited healthcare facilities across Ghana for the 2023/2024 service year section.

The postings were released by The NSS management in a press release on Saturday, June 10, 2023, marking an important milestone for these healthcare graduates.

To ensure smooth processing into their service, the deployed nurses were instructed to follow the validation and registration process spelled out by the NSS.

The Western Region NSS validation and registration center is located at the Sekondi Takoradi Secretariat and will be open from Monday, June 12,2023 until Friday, June 30, 2023, to facilitate the validation and registration process for all the deployed nurses.

Nurses need to complete these procedures before commencing their national service.

They are advised to log onto the Scheme’s website at www.nss.gov.gh to check their placement and print their appointment letters.

The Nurses should visit their assigned health facilities to have their appointment letters endorsed. After that, they are expected to book an appointment online for registration and validation, specifying the date and time they would want to complete the process.

The NSS management has directed all the deployed nurses to start their service on Monday, July 3, 2023.

In case any nurse encounters any sort of difficulty during the process, NSS Regional Director and registration officials will be on hand to provide the needed assistance.

This has brought joy and happiness to many graduate nurses who were waiting for their postings.

kyzzfmonline, pray for prompt payment of their allowances, to keep the joy on their faces.
